CareOS Systems was born from firsthand experience with the frustration of manual billing at adult day care facilities. We knew there had to be a better way.
The problem we set out to solve
If you run an adult day care facility, you know the drill. Every morning, patients arrive and you mark attendance on paper or in a spreadsheet. Then your billing team spends hours entering claims into insurance portals, reconciling trip lists with patient records, and chasing down missing data.
We watched this process from the inside. The errors. The denied claims. The hours of manual data entry. The revenue left on the table because someone forgot to bill a trip or entered the wrong procedure code.
We looked for software that could handle the unique billing workflows of adult day care — insurance claims, transportation billing, private payer invoicing — all in one place. It didn't exist. The tools that came close were designed for home health agencies or skilled nursing facilities, not for the specific needs of ADC providers.
So we built it. CareOS Systems is the billing platform we wished we had — purpose-built for the attendance-to-claim workflow that every adult day care facility runs.
